About their classes - Rooted in the technique of Kathak Dance, learn to dance your story. Kathak is an ancient Indian dance form that was born in the temples, came of age in Mughal courts, and matured in modern theaters. In this class, you will learn the technique that will help you get rooted in the rhythm, and give you hand and body gesture vocabulary to dance your story.

Dance Center Chicago offers dance classes for ballroom, latin, salsa, swing, and wedding dance. They have multiple monthly social dance parties. They are also available to rent for rehearsal space, classes, and private lessons, as well as event space rental.
